Waterview Zen with Large Pool and Outdoor TV

Amazing waterfront property with a private swimming pool, large outdoor TV and lots of areas to hang out.

Feel free to fish of the dock and even bring your boat to dock!
The space
This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house is located at one of the most picturesque areas of Hollywood, FL
It can accommodate up to 8 people.

Quiet and serene but still close to beaches and restaurants and other fun places.
House has a large living room with big smart TV where the whole family can gather and watch sports or movies. Large dining room table can host a group or a family of 8. High chair and a kids chair provided!

Another dining table is located outside, by the pool, covered by a roof; so you can sit outside and enjoy the amazing views rain or shine. You can also relax and watch the smart TV we have outdoors. If you are staying for long, we have 2 large refrigerators for you and your family to use. You will not run out of space in the fridge!

Also, don’t miss out on the amazing sunrises that you can even enjoy from the master bedroom which has large glass doors with private access to the pool and with a view of the swimming pool and the canal.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole house and backyard. This includes large private swimming pool, bbq grill, and even a fire pit outside.
We provide beach towels, and many other amenities you can use by the pool or take to the beach with you.

- No music and loud noises after 9pm and before 8am, please
- Please note that the pool is NOT heated

Rental in Hollywood, FL on canal
The house was great! Had no issues with anything except trying to download my YouTubeTV account. We were able to get it on my laptop so we could watch the UCONN Men's and Women's basketball teams. But, we could have easily called to get more How To TV information but decided we didn't want to watch TV on our vacation. Would be helpful to have a written note on how to connect to the TV. As of think of it, it was probably YouTubeTV that was giving me the issues. Anyway, our stay was great and I was really surprised to be able to rent this house since usually all the good homes are already rented for the season. Thanks again for having us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Stay
The pictures didn't lie. The backyard with the pool, beautiful landscaping and waterfront were amazing. We were rarely in the house. We relaxed outside and there was plenty of seating and a refrigerator. Our whole group loved it. Would definitely recommend this place. Host communication was great. Only thing I would change is the 9 am check out. We had an event and there was no way we could have been up and out that early the next day so rented an additional day.

Great house with beautiful waterfront garden and pool
We loved this house because of its fantastic garden, great size pool and amazing views over the water! Perfect for relaxing by the pool and enjoying a BBQ in the evening. Central location close to the beaches, airport, shopping etc. It's quite near the highway (I-95) which can be noisy at times but it did't really bother us. Host very responsive and helpful.

Close to Margaritaville beach resort and new guitar-shaped Hard Rock Casino and Hotel. The Hard Rock casino is only 10 mins away by car.
Hollywood Beach is about 10 mins by car.

What makes this property unique

The house located at the end of the street, away from the city noise and practically surrounded by water. You will be able to park in the driveway which can accommodate up to 4 cars.
