This is our go to spot to unwind from 'city life'. Quiet, remote, and private. Late July was very warm outside, yet it was nice and cool inside. Bed and sofa very comfortable. Robes appreciated. Thank you!

Perfectly appointed
Everything about this property was absolutely amazing!!! Every detail was thought of, down to lavender sachets for the jacuzzi bathtub! Greta even supplied snacks and coffee. This is the perfect place to just escape from it all for a few days!

I am a farmers daughter who loves to share our little piece of heaven here in rural Nauvoo. We raise field corn and soy beans on our farm. I also raise lavender and love to share with my guests.

Why they chose this property

The 1880 Town Hall served as a local voting poll for many years. In 2005 my husband and I decided to restore and make it available for traveling guests. You will find the old charm with a current feel in order for guests to enjoy all the comforts of home. We are located on a 160 acre farm.

What makes this property unique

If you’re looking for a quiet experience, this is your place. Enjoy the farm and wide open spaces. We are located 3 miles from the mighty Mississippi River and 8 minutes from Nauvoo, IL. History, shopping, activities and many breath taking views can be found.
