Fully renovated 1750 s/f house with wheelchair access ramps three bedroom two bathroom sleeps six with fold out bed in couch for two additional guests. Fully furnished situated on nine acres with GREAT views. Approximately five miles from the Ark Encounter and 45 minutes from the Creation Museum and located centrally to both Cincinnati and Lexington. Cincinnati has major sporting events, museums, a zoo, Kings Island Amusement Park, restaurants and entertainment. Lexington is the heart of the thoroughbred horse industry and part of the Bourbon Tour. There's also college sports, food and entertainment. Kentucky is also home to three major auto manufacturers. With the Toyota Plant in Georgetown offering tours and Bowling Green's Corvette Museum. So if your'e planning a trip to the Ark spend a little more time to enjoy what Kentucky has to offer or just relax on the porch and enjoy nature and the view. Owners reside next door and are available for information or assistance during your stay.

Beautiful country home close to the Ark
This home is impeccably clean, comfortable and has everything you need and then some! The owners are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend staying here.

Family trip to Ark checking moms bucket list
My hubby, 18 year old twins, sister, brother in-law, mom, and myself stayed in this wonderful home. We enjoyed being out away from the city and only 5-7 minutes from the Ark and highway.. we enjoyed watching wildlife out back. The family size table was perfect for late night Uno games enjoyed by all. The home was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay again

Great place to stay to visit the Ark Encounter. We didn't get in until after 9 pm and the hosts still stopped by to check on us. Highly recommend!!

Great Place To Stay!
We stayed Thursday night through Sunday while visiting the Ark Encounter & Creation Museum. Sherry and Mike were super hosts. They even stopped by to make sure we were satisfied with the house and to see if we needed anything. The house was awesome. It was even nicer in person than what the photos showed. It was very spacious, had a great view, comfortable bedding, and was equipped with anything you may need, and more. The back covered deck was great for morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Perfect Get-a-way!
The house is beautiful. Anything and everything is there-for your comfort and cooking meals. Lots of parking. The owners live next door and came over the first night, just to introduce themselves. They are lovely people. We had a small snapfoo with something in the house, while we were gone, they came in and fix the problem. Plenty of space. Lovely back deck. The grounds are well kept. Would stay here again if I am ever in the area.

Cabin Ranch Rocks!
From the very beginning of booking to the finality communication was 100% available with owners! Upon entering the home the cleanliness & fresh scent was a positive sign this home was a hidden gem! The comfortable bedding was a huge plus ~ being a sheet snob 😉 I knew I was going to have a great 3 nights sleep! We were visiting The Ark with our grandchildren, daughter & SIL - this home accommodated children with many games, books, crayons, sippie cups etc (anything you needed was available including wipes) The property overlooked a beautiful pond with breathtaking sunrises, sunsets with fox, deer, beautiful birds & croaking frogs ~ perfect porches accommodate the morning coffee ritual which the host supplied every flavor imaginable! Mark & Sherry live next door, stopped to introduce & made sure everything was acceptable. When questioning where we may find coffee creamer Sherry made sure this was delivered immediately. Very thoughtful & appreciated! Each bathroom had fresh smelling clean towels, shampoo, body wash. In need of first aid - Bam - available- thermometer, antiseptic, bandages etc! Thank you Mark & Sherry for sharing your beautiful “Cabin Ranch” Thank you VRBO for this Outstanding Accommodation! We will return! 😉

Sherry and Mike were super hosts and their house was amazing. In all of my VRBO stays this is the first time I have ever met the hosts. They were super friendly and let us know that if we needed anything all we had to do was give them a call. This will definitely be a repeat visit for sure.

Wonderful place to stay!
The pictures just don’t do this place justice! The house was so much more than we could have asked for. Very open concept and plenty of space for our family of 6. If the weather was warmer we would have been out on the back deck the entire stay. The house smelled of cleanliness upon opening the door and did not disappoint in any way. They even provided so many extras that we didn’t even know we needed until we needed it. The owners live next door and were very accommodating when we needed the heat turned up a little higher. We highly recommend this place to anyone needing to stay in the area. Only 11 minutes to The Ark Encounter!

Home Away from Home - Ark Encounter
We loved the house, the property, and especially our hosts! The house felt like home away from home. House very clean and smelled lovely. Kitchen very well stocked with newer appliances, pots n pans, bakeware, dishes, etc., etc. Hosts provided so many little things too that aren’t often provided, like paper products for the house, dish detergent, laundry detergent, games, books, baby and toddler items (crib, chair, baby utinsels, etc even a toddler picnic table), etc. etc. Hosts stopped in shortly after we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed; to see if we had any questions; provided directions to restaurants, grocery stores, attractions, etc. Super friendly and helpful!! We will definitely stay there again when we are back in the area. Absolute wonderful experience!

Ark visit
We had a most wonderful stay at this beautiful location. It was the nicest place we have ever stayed. It was so clean and refreshing and the accomodations were fantastic. Sherry was absolutely wonderful and friendly to chat with and she gave us some history of the area as well as wonderful suggestions for sites to see while visiting the area. We had a five star stay and would definitely recommend!!! Thank you for making our visit so memorable!!

The Cabin Ranch was awesome! The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the back covered deck, which was a great place to enjoy morning coffee, have meals, or just relax and enjoy the scenery. The kitchen was well stocked and home was clean upon arrival. Communication w hosts was superb!

Family Ark trip
We enjoyed the beautiful cabin ranch home. The walk in shower was wonderful. We drank our coffee in the porch with a beautiful view. We were greeted by the host, which we enjoyed. She was very helpful with communication before arrival. This was a great stay.

Amazing Home
The host and hostest are wonderful and very hospitable. The picture you view doesn't do this place justice. It is very spacious with a beautiful view. Going to miss this till next visit, and going to miss the master bathroom.

We’ve stayed in a lot of houses and this one was one of our favorites. It fit our group of 8 perfectly, the kitchen was well stocked, and the owners were some of the nicest people I’ve met. If we ever come back. This is where we’ll stay. It’s also a great spot for visiting the ark. Only about 10 minutes away! Perfect place!

ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME
Booked property in March for June stay. Packed up everything we might need…only to find that EVERYTHING we needed was provided: kitchen supplies incl coffee pots, coffee & paper products, air fryer & toaster, games, large TV, WIFi, unique fans in every room. Deck is so nice w/a beautiful view of rolling grassy hills. We didn’t have time to use the grill as visiting The Ark & Creation museum took longer than expected. This location is perfect! Our family agreed that this was the perfect place to stay! We are recommending it to others.

This is the perfect place to stay! Not only does it have a great view, but the house is just perfect. The back deck with the view is a great place to relax outside and eat dinner. Long Weekend
We stayed Thursday night through Sunday morning. The house is beautiful! Recently updated & modern, with an open concept. The back covered deck was great for morning coffee & evening games. 15 minutes to the Ark Encounter & an hour to the creation museum. Great location! Book this house, you won't regret it!
