***My reviews across all my properties support that my #1 goal is delivering an awesome beach vacation for my guests. This starts with a sparkling clean condo and fast, excellent customer service. If you need anything at all, or if something is not right, I am quick to respond! I’ve tried to think of everything that my family and my guests would want in a beach rental. *This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at the amenity-rich SunDestin resort was just remodeled to the studs - new flooring, new furniture, new kitchen, and new bathrooms!
*Upon entering the condo, you will find an open kitchen-dining-living space with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic views of Destin and the Gulf of Mexico.
*The kitchen has new quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and best of all, it is fully stocked with "more than the basics" so you and your group can prepare delicious meals while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in your home away from home.
*The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa + a love seat that's a Full bed, beachy decor, a large 55" Smart TV with cable and streaming access, and, best of all, those HUGE Gulf views!
*The attached balcony space offers room for dining and relaxing while you soak in the sights and sounds of the Emerald Coast.
*Adjacent to the living room, the master bedroom features a King bed, balcony access, a Smart TV, and a large closet and remodeled bathroom with marble throughout and a spacious walk in shower.
*The guest bedroom has new double beds beds, a 40" smart TV, private closet, and private bathroom.

*Laundry facilities are located on each floor, and we provide plenty of Tide pods and dryer sheets for your stay.

**Numerous restaurnts are within walking distance including: The Back Porch, Merlins Pizza, Joe's Crab Shack, Bubba Gump Shrimp, 790, Gator Beach, and more!
***For family entertainment, Big Kahuna's WaterPark, The Track, and Urban Air Trampoline Park are within walking distance.
****Destin Harbor is only 2 miles away and has the BEST dining and entertainment in Destin

✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 3% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
>PLEASE NOTE: In the event you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.
