Located minutes from the Air Force Academy's North Gate and some of the best family fun in Colorado Springs (Top Golf, Overdrive Raceway, AirCity 360 and more!) This home features 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 3 full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a back porch with a view. Located in a quiet neighborhood with drive-way and street parking. CLOSE and Easy access to I-25!
The neighborhood is quiet and very close to some of the newest things to do in Colorado Springs. We really enjoy Top Golf, Overdrive Raceway, Boot Barn Hall at Bourbon Brothers, and AirCity, which is only 1 mile away. The North Entrance to the Air Force Academy is only 1.6 miles away so you can easily enjoy football games, watch the cadets fly gliders, have a family gathering place for graduation week.

This is a residential neighborhood with many families, so please be careful of children playing on/near the street & watch your speed!

Interstate-25 is only 1 mile away which will quickly get you to downtown Colorado Springs.
We highly recommend checking out the U.S. Olympic Museum, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, and Pikes Peak (all within a 30 minute drive)
This home is at an elevation of ~6,800 feet. Please be sure to drink lots of water and stay hydrated. Welcome to thin air!

For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers licence, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. For stays 30-59 nights it will be $230 and each additional 30 night block of your stay will be an additional $80

It is recommended that guests have travelers insurance for the duration of their stay.

No Smoking!!!
- NO SMOKING of any kind in the home or on the premises of the home (this includes the back yard and driveway)
-Damages will be incurred if found that there has been smoking
-This home is NOT 420 friendly; so the use of marijuana or any other drugs is strictly prohibited

No Pets Allowed!!! - The ONLY exception is service animals with proper documentation that MUST be provided upon booking.

Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 8am. No more than the authorized # of guests at the house during quiet hours.

No disruptive events or parties. Airbnb guidelines state that if a guest is reported for a disruptive party or violating Airbnb's party and events policy, they may be subject to suspension or removal from the Airbnb Platform. In addition, the host may also ask that you vacate the property and no refund will be given.

Do not use the wifi to download illegal content. There will be no tolerance for digital media copyright infringement. Xfinity internet monitors for this type of activity and will let us know, they may even shut down our wifi which you will be held liable for.

Fee schedule for violating house rules:
-Unauthorized late check-out: $50 immediately, $50 for every 30 minutes after checkout (i.e. +$100 at 30 min after checkout, $150 at an hour after checkout).
-NO SMOKING of any kind in the home or on the premises of the home (this includes the back yard and driveway) $400
-Unauthorized Parties or events: $250
-Unauthorized pets (this means any pet that is not a documented service animal) $350
-Additional guests beyond what was approved when booking: $35 per guest, per day
-Deep clean fee, if required (i.e. vomit, carpet stain, bodily fluids, or excessive trash, etc.): $150-$350
-Broken/damage items: charged at replacement value

Nice neighborhood. Better for short stays.
The home is in a good neighborhood and we had good communication from the management company. However, the home had some issues such as no towel bar near sink in master bathroom, squeaky bedroom doors, no lock on the basement bathroom door, and not enough blankets for cold winter nights. The showers also had some pink mold (not a lot) and the master bathroom shower is a makeshift showerhead added to what used to be a tub-only setup. And it was broken so it made showering in there nearly impossible. One of the bed frames in the downstairs bedrooms was broken, so it was very squeaky and loud. Oven wasn’t very clean and we set off the smoke detectors within 15 minutes of baking something. Little things like this typically don’t bother me, but when I brought these issues up to management, they dismissed several of them saying that it’s an older home and there’s only so much they can do. Not a bad place to stay for a night or two, but for a large group like ours for several nights in a row, it’s not as nice or as well stocked as I would’ve liked.
