Welcome Home! Our 8 bedroom, 5 bath villa sleeps 16 and ALL bedrooms have TVs. Play our new Golden Tee Golf Arcade Game or play 3000+ games on the other console! Watch movies in the theater room! Swim & soak in your private pool & hot tub! FREE use of Clubhouse included. Play Golf & Tennis for additional fee. Close to shopping, dining & all area attractions. We are 12 miles from Disney and close to Universal Studios, Legoland & SeaWorld!
The space
The first floor features the kitchen, dining room, living room with 65” TV and 2 King Master bedrooms. The second floor features the Game Room with 65” TV, Theatre Room featuring 85” TV, 3 Queen bedrooms, 4 King bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, 3 bathrooms and a laundry room.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house except the locked closets and garage.
Other things to note
Starter supplies are provided and are not replenished. Additional supplies needed must be purchased by guest. For Example, trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper.

Annual Florida Golf Trip
The house was great! It is the nicest house we have stayed in at ChampionsGate over the past 4 years. It has all the amenities we look for and the communication from the owner and property manager was quick and complete. I would recommend staying in this beautiful house to anyone. Thank you.
