Looking for the perfect place to enjoy a month (or 2 or 3) at the beach? This is the place for you!

We have everything you will need/want to make your stay enjoyable! Large oceanfront balcony and north end side balcony are perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or gazing at the stars at night! You will want to spend the entire day/night out on the balcony with the beautiful views of the beach! Everything is high-end from the furniture to the decor to the sheets you will sleep on each night! If you love to cook, this is also the place for you! Enjoy the beautiful view of the beach as you prepare your meals in an amazing kitchen! Looking for a place to work from "home/the beach?" We've got you covered! Bedroom 3 is a large office that also has a double bed in case those kids come for a weekend. Indoor garage spot included as well.

We are a monthly + only rental. Most of the units are owned/not rented, making this a very peaceful location! This unit is only rented a few times a year. Very different from the weekly rental buildings!

Wonderful condo
Condo is in a very nice building; great location!! My only criticism is that the carpets were dirty specifically the area rug in the living room. Also, condo is very dark..needs a few more lamps,or a pole lamp in main area. Except for master bath, 2 orher baths need more lighting ;plus kitchen could use some ceiling lights. This is a wonderful condo, just quite dark. I am looking forward to returning next year. Hope these few criticisms don't hurt anyones feelings. Jill has been fantastic to work with! She rates 10 stars for excellence!!!
