Good Proximity to USC!!
Property was as described & photos accurate! We spent a long weekend over USC Graduation Festivities! Once we parked the car in spot at property we just Uber'ed back and forth as graduation is very well attended & crowded. We did entertain a small group of graduate students & family, it all went very well. Thank you.

All in all we were in the middle of everything we wanted to see. The airport was a short drive and the highway was nearby. The master bedroom was perfect, but the guest room would be better for children, not adults, as the beds were small.

Beautiful Property, Rough 1st Night
My husband and I arrived at this property around 8 PM on our first night. The property was absolutely stunning and we had no issues at first. By the time we were ready to take showers after a very long day of travel, we discovered there was no hot water. At all. I frantically contacted Chelsea, the property manager, and was relieved when I was able to get through and talk to her on the phone. She said no one would be able to come out that late at night but that she’d send someone first thing in the morning. I told her I’m pregnant, exhausted, and in desperate need of a shower. She then offered a solution by allowing my husband and I access to another property so that we could shower there. It wasn’t ideal- we had to gather shower supplies and go to a separate (but nearby) location to shower- but it was better than nothing or a cold shower. By the time we got back to our rental, we were absolutely exhausted and my feet were swollen beyond recognition. It was a rough start to our vacation but thankfully hot water was restored first thing in the morning as promised. Upon checkout, we made sure to tidy the house, take out the trash, and even start the dishwasher as had been requested. When I reached out to the property manager multiple times after checkout to ask if maybe we could be reimbursed at least a small amount for that inconvenient first night, I received no response. It felt like we’d been ghosted as soon as we checked out and were no longer active clients.

House is the perfect size and location for a family of 4, who want easy access to all the LA sights. Excellent communication with the owner from start to finish.

Beware of location!!!!
We are from out of state and didn’t know anything about the LA area, thought there was no way a place could look this nice and be in a bad area. Boy were we wrong, it is in the most crime ridden area of LA and it very much feel like it! As a family with 3 children there was no way we could stay here and feel safe. The house it’s self looked like the pictures for the most part but smelled of stale pot smoke. We did not feel safe and expressed this to the owner who refused to give us one cent of our money back, we bit the bullet and paid for a hotel room in a better area and got out of there as fast as we could! Know what you are getting into before renting this place!!!!
