Welcome to your home away from home. We provide a spacious open concept kitchen and living room with an added bonus great room. Laundry room within unit, large back yard and plenty of slabbed parking, tile throughout, 4 large bedrooms 3 queen beds, & 2 twin beds and 1 air mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. We provide memory foam mattresses in every room for a good night's rest.

The area: Quiet family oriented neighborhood, close to highway access, State Farm Stadium (10 minutes) and Camelback Ranch spring training field (5 minutes). Walking distance to parks and public transportation.

Great property and very affordable.
This home had plenty of size and all of the needed amenities. The communication was great. If you’re looking for a house for a good size family, this house has plenty of room. We needed a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Close to restaurants and stores. When we have to come back, we will strongly consider staying here again.

My family and I DIY'd this home and enjoyed every minute of it. We envisioned what we like our "home away from home" to look like when we all travel together. With mostly adults who are just big kids we emphasized on the space, the cleanliness and comfort we could provide.
