Their sewer needs some working on
The property has everything we need for a short stay to enjoy Isla Mujeres but it stinks. We had to endure the smell badly for 2 nights. Cockroaches are everywhere lurking to be found even at kitchen countertops. The area has a serious sewage problem that needs attention

Lovely place in a gated community
Lovely townhouse in a gated safe community with a security guard. Location is quite central to all the places you want to go. Nice breakfast cafe right across the entrance to the community. There are many grocery stores and restaurants few minutes away from the property. The house looks quite new and all the appliances look new. Very spacious and modern looking. Customer service is top notch. However, we did face some water supply issues in the bathrooms and we had to be moved twice before we got a good house on the same street. Service reps were quick to react and resolve the problem. On check-in, double check all the things in the house to make sure they are available and working. You will enjoy the stay and knowing it's a safe area adds peace of mind. Enjoy.
