Renters beware!
I selected this residence for a Christmas retreat, hoping to share quality time with my mother. Unfortunately, the experience proved highly unsatisfactory, prompting an early departure due to mounting discomfort. Upon arrival, we encountered a lockbox on the door with a combination lock. Despite attempts to open it with the provided code, we were unsuccessful. Contacting Diane, the listed contact, she insisted on resetting the code, providing no clarity on the process for a manual lock. Despite sharing a photo of the lock, she failed to inform us it wasn't the intended one. After much frustration, we discovered another keypad on the lock, an unconventional feature. Entering, a strong bleach odor permeated the kitchen, and one bedroom reeked of urine. Opting for alternative accommodations, we found the master bedroom's bathroom dirty, with hair in the shower. Bedding revealed unsightly stains and hair, necessitating caution during use. Stained towels in the bathroom further added to our disappointment. A message expressing our discontent received no response, indicative of a lack of concern. Contrary to the description, the neighborhood felt unsafe. The next day, we explored the town briefly before deciding to leave. Despite notifying management via email, no acknowledgment was received. An email inquiring about check-in further suggested a lack of manual oversight, likely automated. In summary, I cannot endorse this property.

An ok getaway property
The stay at the house overall was nice. My family enjoyed the putting green in the backyard even though the putters provided where all broken when we arrived. Luckily we brought our own. only a few minutes drive to downtown. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed to cook breakfast on Christmas morning. Our concerns were the bed sheets had dog hair on them and they were stained, as well as the towels and wash clothes. The house does have a washer and dryer so I was able to wash the sheets and towels myself to ensure they were clean. The rest of the house was clean. The remote controls for the ceiling fans seemed to control all of the other fans and there isn't a fan in the master bedroom. The walls are thin and you can hear everything through them. Overall a nice place to stay just had concerns about the linens. The neighborhood is also a bit skechy.

Small little cottage
The home is perfect for a quick stay. We were barely st the house. The neighborhood is a bit scary. 5 minutes from all town activities. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything from every single room. Sheets were stained and master bathtub was very dirty. Cleaning fees when something isnt clean is kinda wack.

Spacious, comfortable, and well equipped
We loved our stay here! The property manager was very helpful pre arrival recommending the best beaches for our son and dog. Speaking of which, the back yard was perfect for playing and relaxing. Everything about the home was as described, and the location was incredibly convenient. Only minor note is that the flooring is a little uneven in some spots which led to some tripping for the little one, as well as the ceiling fan remotes seem to control each other, so we accidentally woke our son up by turning on the lights in his room while trying to do our own. The inclusion of beach chairs and towels was a very pleasant surprise. All in all, a fantastic stay, and we would definitely come again.
