Welcome to our newly renovated house perfect for longer stays. This hidden gem is tucked away in a very central yet quiet location in North Myrtle Beach. As a special bonus there's a huge 300 sq ft screened in porch to enjoy the outdoors in comfort. Fully equipped kitchen & plenty of closet space. Each room has a smart TV with cable & high speed wifi. LVP floors throughout. Washer & dryer in the house. Dog friendly. And don't forget about the community pool right down the block! If you're looking for a home away from home this house is definitely for you.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed, full bathroom, 43" smart tv, ceiling fan, 3 closets and a dresser.

Second bedroom has a queen size, 32" smart tv, ceiling fan, closet and dresser.

Third bedroom has a full size bed with twin trundle bed (for children only), 32" smart tv, ceiling fan, closet and dresser.

There is also a second full bathroom located in the hallway.

The living room has sofa and love seat with a 55" smart tv. All tv’s include cable and access to your favorite streaming apps. The home also has lightening fast 500 mbs wifi.

The kitchen is equipped with all appliances as well as pots, pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster oven and more. The dining room table seats 6 people.

There is also a washer and dryer in the laundry room.

The back of the house features a spacious screened in porch with chairs and table to enjoy your morning coffee or evening nightcap. Don't forget to turn on the string lights!

We are dog friendly!

The community pool is right down the block! Open from 9am-11pm during the summer.

Great stay in North Myrtle Beach
Location was great, Check in process was easy and neighborhood was quiet and nice. The walk to the beach was .7 miles and was a great easy walk. We did rent a golf cart and it was nice to quickly drive up to subway, or Dollar General and to the beach. House was clean and spacious. We loved the screened in back porch with the ceiling fans. Plenty of towels and linens were provided. We really enjoyed our stay.

Quiet vacation home
Location was close to lots of restaurants & places to go. Neighborhood was quiet, although some of the houses were a little disheveled. House was clean. However, there was no toilet paper or dish/hand soap. At the homes & places I’be stayed at before there have been more everyday household items. I would suggest having more dish towels/cloths, bakeware & cooking utensils. A bedside table with lamp would be nice in master bedroom to put a book or glasses on. Some door hooks. The house was in great shape & very clean. Just a few minor inconveniences. Owner was very good at communicating. Over all was pleased with our stay.

FANTASTIC HOST, AMAZING SERENE NEIGHBORHOOD.
The perfect place to stay in Myrtle Beach! We travel here often and this is by far our favorite host and property. My family stayed here for a month and enjoyed every day. We absolutely love staying in this property. The host was very attentive and responded immediately to messages also checked in with us to make sure our needs were being met . Just a short 7 minute walk to the beach, putput golf, restaurants, and local stores. Neighborhood was so peacefull and quiet. The neighbors are awesome and very friendly. The property was spotless, very spacious with plenty of storage areas, modern upgrades, and had everything we needed to feel at home. Our family love spending time in the evenings on the large Carolina porch. Beds were all ultra comfy and we all slept peacefully. I cannot say enough about how enjoyable this property is. We didn't want to leave. I absolutely recommend this property and host. I look forward to booking this property again

Why they chose this property

We are central to everything North Myrtle Beach has to offer, yet still tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Not only are we down the block from the community pool, but also a block away from an award winning miniature golf course and batting cages. We are less than a mile from the beach and a 5 minute drive to Barefoot Landing, one of North Myrtle Beach's largest attractions. Also, Duplin Winery and Alligator Adventure. We are surrounded by restaurants and miniature golf. We are about a 15 min drive to Broadway at the Beach, The Hollywood Wax Museum, Water parks, and so much more! Staying here you have everything you want or need within a few minutes, whether its local bars, restaurants, shopping or just leisurely walks or bike rides we have it all!

What makes this property unique

We are pet friendly with 100% LVP floors for an easy clean up. We provide our linens, bath towels, wash cloths and extra pillows and blankets unlike most places. We have a fully loaded kitchen with utensils, pots, pans, bake ware, dishwasher, washer and dryer and even an outdoor shower. We are also one of the few places within walking distance to a community pool, mini golf, batting cages, golf cart and scooter rentals, beach gear rentals, bbq rental, and a cigar lounge. Plenty of hosts do not live close to their property like we do, so if you need anything we are nearby and able to help when we can.
