Hardwood floors in the television living area, comfortable carpet in the warm and inviting fireplace living area, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, and a 2 car garage. The huge fully fenced yard is great for spending the days or nights enjoying Boise's beautiful weather with your pets, your family, or just with a cup of coffee. Just steps away from shopping, grocery stores, cafes, coffee shops, gym, and restaurants. 10 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to The Village in Meridian, and only 10 minutes to the airport. Great for families, friends, and anyone coming to Boise for business, outdoor activities, and entertainment.

Bring your RV; RV hookup and parking behind locked fencing.

This is a non-smoking residence. Smoking is permitted outside on one of the many patios.
