This recently remodeled home is located on a really large pond that we like to call a "lake." It boasts 2 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 living rooms, and 2 offices. It also has a completely updated kitchen and dining room along with 2 fireplaces so that you can cook and entertain in luxury. In addition to the two beds, there are two very comfortable couches in the living rooms.

Nestled on the shores of Lake Minnetonka, Wayzata shines as a gem just 11 miles west of Minneapolis. It stands as the perfect gateway to Minnesota's beloved lake, captivating visitors with its rich history and quaint charm. The village is renowned for its boutique shopping and diverse dining options, catering to both locals and tourists alike. Whether it's the lively hustle of summer or the cozy warmth of winter, the downtown area buzzes with activity all year round, making Wayzata a vibrant destination worth exploring.

We have a driveway as well as additional parking right out in front of our home on the street.

We also have a sprawling yard overlooking the pond with deck outside off the kitchen as well as sitting area with accessibility from the basement sliding door.
We have parking right on our property located on the driveway. Ubers and Lyfts are really quick to the location shall you choose to take one for the night. We have a beautiful walking neighborhood and highly recommend walking through to see all the beautiful houses, each one is completely unique from the other.

JJ was extremely accommodating before and during our stay. Her house is clean and décor is phenomenal. The house is perfect size for a few couples. We always bring our dogs with us on vacation, and this property was dog friendly. It has a large fenced in yard that we all enjoyed. Downtown Wayzata is a short drive away, and a cool area to visit. We had truck issues over the weekend and the repair shop kept pushing back the day it would be finished, JJ was very nice in letting us book another day at the last minute. Thank you for letting us stay at your house and if we're back in MN we'll definitely re-book again!

Beautiful Home for Weekend Girls Trip
We booked this stay for the weekend for a mini girls trip which was 6 of us ! The house is absolutely beautiful and everything is so easily accessible! The home is located near a lake which also gave us nice views ! It was very comforting and cozy and would recommend anybody to stay here. The host is also very amazing and is easy to work with. They made our stay worthwhile and would I love to book again. It’s so worth having a getaway here you will not regret it !
