Formerly First Street Retreat Lower, this tidy and comfortable vacation rental is located just a short walk from the warm white sands of Mexico Beach, one mile from Gulf County Veterans Memorial Park at Beacon Hill, and within 10 miles of the Cape San Blas Lighthouse and George Core Park (Lighthouse Park), making it a perfect romantic beach retreat or solo adventure.

Inside, you'll find a galley-style kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your morning coffee or a full-course dinner. Dine together or bust out the board games at the adjacent table and then settle back on the sofa bed in the living area and stream your favorite channels into the evening.

Outside, enjoy a covered patio with a pub-height table and chairs for alfresco dining, an outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand, and access to a washer/dryer to help you keep your laundry under control during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
