About this property

Great views, lots of space, and access to the beach.

Three bedrooms, three bathrooms in Grand Panama Resort. Plenty of room for family and friends. Two rooms have king beds with their own bathroom, and the third with a queen. Twin bunk alcove off the hallway. It's soo nice having the three bathrooms when everyone is getting ready. Has a nice big kitchen for the days you want to stay in. New LG front loading washer and dryer. We love the space, the views, comfort, access to the beach, and two great pools with attached hot tubs. The condo is just off the beach (right across the street in tower 2) with beach views from every window. Gorgeous susnet views. Really beautiful view down front beach road as well. Location is close to many popular destinations and attractions. Some restaurants are just a walk down the beach. We really enjoy helping families and friends make lasting memories in Panama City Beach. The resort association does charge a fee for the parking garage. $80 for two cars, $50 for one. This pays for security, maintenance, your wristbands, etc. Thanks for checking out our place and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Spring break 2023
My family and I had a fabulous time. Our condo was amazing and the owner Joel is awesome to work with. We most definitely will be staying with them again. Very clean condo located at a fabulous resort. Probably the best set up we’ve had for vacation. Excellent cookware with all the amenities you’d possibly need. Very fast elevators with hardly any wait at all.

Perfect Views and Accommodations!
We absolutely loved this large end-unit condo with magnificent views of the ocean from every room and with a nice balcony with great views. The accommodations had everything we could ask for. Beach chairs were extra nice! The beds were comfy. I enjoyed the fitness center too!

Sisters Beach trip
We certainly enjoyed our stay, enjoying the beaches of Panama Beach City. The beaches are the cleanest we have found. The condo was exactly as described. We found it to have everything we needed. It was the best stocked kitchen, as far as dishes, pots and pans, I have ever stayed at in the VRBO world. The condo was very very worth a look from others. Hope they enjoy it as much as we did.

Why they chose this property

There are several places to stay in PCB, and we really appreciate the time you have taken to look at ours. We have a spacious condo with great views from every window. Having two bedrooms with King beds means less awkward discussions on which couple gets the king bedroom.

The bunk alcove is wonderful for extra guests or the kids. If the beds and bunks become full, there is still a queen pull out couch in the living room.

Grand Panama has a fantastic location to several popular restaurants and attractions. We really walk and Uber everywhere.

Grand Panama has a wristband policy for guests with NO gates to fuss with to access the property or beach. Access to the beach is by a sky bridge and easy path down to the sand.

Having stayed and owned in other high-rise resorts in PCB, we can say we love our elevators. During the busy season, we might wait just a little longer, but they are so much faster than the rest of the high-rises we have stayed in.

We are personal owners and managers. We are not a management company. So you will communicate directly with us. Part of the joy for us is building relationships with our guests.

What makes this property unique

Unique benefits are the space, views, location, and amenities. We offer a full kitchen for the days you want to enjoy the beach all day and not go anywhere.
We provide some beach chairs (hidden in the condo) for guests to use if they would like.
There is a Walmart less than a mile east of the resort. We use Walmart pick up groceries most of the time.
Right next door is a beach shop if you need to buy towels, floats, or beach favors.
Sometimes, we walk down to Barefoot On The Beach for breakfast/Lunch. You can also walk down to Pineapple Willie's for some daiquiris and snacks. Both a walk east from Grand Panama.

Finally, we manage Grand Panama Paradise ourselves. You will not be treated like a number and we will treat you like friends. You can contact us with any questions.
