Beach themed 2 bedrm, 2 bath condo just off the Virginia Beach Boardwalk just a 2 minute walk, you can see the Ocean from the patio. Nice layout, with recent updates. Tvs in every room, high speed Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washer/dryer, patio and more.

Close to the Beach but Requires Repairs/Maintenance
While we appreciate the proximity to the beach, this apartment is in need of some serious repairs and maintenance. It has potential but without addressing the following things, future renters should be cautious: - Wifi not working (despite receiving two different passwords) - Black Mold in clothes washing machine - Stained/dirty carpet throughout - Limited kitchen supplies - Master bedroom switch not working - Master bedroom headboard lights and corner lamp not working - Master bath shower not working making it unusable - Master bath electrical outlet not working - Master bath fan screeches loudly making it unusable - Main bathroom electrical outlet not working - Queen bedroom headboard lights not working

The Worst Place I’ve Ever Booked
Where to start? This placed presented online as a quaint little beached themed apartment. Not too far from the beach. Check-in was 4pm. Check in information was not sent until I reached out to the host. Then a piece at a time. Was told the cleaning crew was finishing up. Finally got in around 5. There were towels in the dryer. After 1 hour, we checked and they were soaking wet. Still wet after 3 sixty minute cycles. Found dirty linens on one bed. Clumps of hair in the bathroom drawers. Dirty cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen. Stained couch and throw pillows. A intake vent that had about 6 years of dust. The host did agree to send someone over with towels but no one arrived before 8pm. He stated the sheets had been changed. He also agreed to send the cleaning people back the next day while we pointed out what needed to be cleaned. I’m sorry but my vacation is for me to have fun and relax. Not handled something that should have been done prior to my arrival. We left the same day. No mention of refund or any contact since we left. Buyer beware.

Horrible communication things need to change
I don't even know where to begin. Please DO NOT book with these people. We were supposed to check in at 4 did not even get a hold of the manager until 5:50 claiming he sent us information at 3:45. I did not get information until after he called us. It took him to contact me after I complained to VRBO about being abandoned outside of the apartment. We finally get in and the place is clean enough could have put more effort into it. Towels were still wet in the dryer and the bathroom rugs were all damp who knows if they were even clean. To top it off we only could use one bathroom because the other bathtub doesn't have a working shower and forget giving your kids a bath they don't have stoppers for either bath tube. No dish soap for the dishwasher so we couldn't wash dishes in it unless we bought our own soap. The door to the balcony is broken don't close the door when your outside you won't be able to get back in. No privacy curtains for the living room with bright outside light shining in. I reached out a few times over our stay they responded a few times but not to every question I asked. Wifi only works in living room not in bedrooms and not consistent. Never responded to me about getting streaming apps on the TV either. Not helpful renters. I hope to God anyone looking at this property does NOT stay. They should not even be allowed to rent on VRBO. We will not be staying here in the future. If we go back to VB we will be looking for other accommodations.

Good Location and price but not much more
The condo is 1 block from beach and was priced reasonably. The beds were comfortable. That is the good! The not so good: The condo was well worn and across from a pretty seedy looking motel. Also was on 3rd floor, no elevator. The check in process was a bit disjointed as the management/owner did not give us the codes to get into the property until we spoke to them after check in time. Since our plane was delayed landing that made for a lot of back and forth to get the key codes. Also, in one of the bedrooms there was a slider to the balcony but no drapes or curtains so thje sun woke up that person at sunrise whether they liked it or not. Also, the supplies were VERY limited. For instance, you would expect in a condo that sleeps 6 that there would be 6 coffee mugs for the morning, but there were only 2 mugs, and one of those was cracked. Had to go buy styrofoam cups so we could have coffee in the morning. Also, had to hunt down the towels that were still in the dryer. Again, not 6 towels for 6 people. I think there were 3 or 4. All in all the place was barely liveable and certainly not a comfortable vacation residence. Would not stay there again.
