About this property

1620 Studio- close to BID hospital, the beach and downtown

Your totally private entrance welcomes you to a quiet studio with full bathroom and a SPA like walk in shower. There is a queen-sized memory foam bed with 2 nightstands and a room divider for added privacy. This brightly lit space has dimmable recessed lighting , beautiful new ceilings and freshly painted walls. A full-size couch with 2 built in power recliners let you spread out and relax in front of a 42" TV. Enjoy access to WIFI, Netflix, Roku Sound Bar, or use your own streaming services. A drop-leaf bar height table with ample seating and work area for 2. The Kitchenette has a granite countertop, bar-sized sink, new fridge with freezer, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, electric tea pot, with all the fixings to get you started. Note: There is not a full kitchen or laundry. Owners live upstairs and so unfortunately hearing footsteps above is unavoidable but we will refrain from tap dancing during your stay.
