We are very excited to be offering this property. We live nearby and are available upon short notice. We have been married for 30 years and are 4th generation on this property.
Why they chose this property
This unit is in a very convenient location for people visiting the local Medical Center or wanting to visit Riverbanks Zoo and Botanical Gardens. While this tiny mobile home is located in a mobile home community, all of our residents are older, and no children live nearby. If you have never spent any time in one of these units, give it a try, as it's more comfortable than you may know.
What makes this property unique
Besides the local motels (bed bugs?), this unit is the closest whole-house unit available.
