Home away from home
Quaint property centrally located, close to the university, shopping malls, supermarkets, and plenty of dining options. Since you open the door a perfectly distributed home with enough privacy and comfort welcomes you. High end details, nice furniture, comfortable king beds, upscale linens, walking closets, well stocked kitchen and modern appliances, laundry room, and a nice backyard (which is being refreshed as we speak.) Kate, the property owner, is a pleasure to deal with, fast response and not only she has a really good taste but she keeps up the property. This is a must stay place when you visit Gainesville.

UF visit
My husband and I were visiting our son at UF for the weekend. Great space and nice quiet neighborhood. Comfy bed and stocked kitchen made for an enjoyable stay.

Very Nice
Clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely. Close to amenities but neighbor's dog barked continuously for several hours and upon return had extremely loud 'bass thumping' music...late in the evening. Good communication with owner and very helpful. Overall, good stay.
