Luxury and Location! From the moment you step inside and see the lake view from the great room, you’re going to feel right at home. Pet friendly with a large, fenced yard, the whole family is in for a good time! Walk to the Village and catch the free Big Bear Trolley to the ski slopes, zoo, marinas and more.

With 3 bedrooms on the top level and 2 bedrooms on the lower level, plus a sleeper sofa on the main level (there are no bedrooms on the main floor), there’s room for everyone. Fun abounds in the Buck Off Bar with billiards, poker, and an arcade table with over 400 games. Stream your favorite TV show, sporting event, or movie in the Fantastic Theater Room, and on any of the Apple TVs in the bedrooms and bar. The Great Room has a Smart TV with apps, plenty of comfortable seating plus a newly tuned antique Everett Baby Grand Piano for the musician in the family! The bison over the fireplace came from Catalina Island….Conservancy Gift Shop. (He’s not real, but don’t tell him that!)
