This is a Oceanside condo, located in the Beautiful Sandpiper Dunes! Enjoy the gorgeous views of the Ocean from kitchen, living room, dining room, primary bedroom. Large kitchen with counter seating. Family room has HDTV, High speed wireless internet access. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The primary bedroom suite has king size bed with amazing views of the beach and ocean. Bedroom 2 has 2 queen size beds. All bedrooms include flat screen HDTVs.

NOTE: This is not a Senior Graduate Rental, guests must be 25 year old to rent.

This condo has sheets and towels in the unit. You may use them during your stay. You must wash the sheets and towels and leave them in the unit before you depart. If you prefer not to wash and dry the sheets and towels, please either bring your own or I can arrange for you to have them rented. I do have a rental agreement with a local company. They will deliver your sheets and towels, make the beds and pick them up on your date of departure at your expense. The full linen package is, king in primary, 2 queens in second bedroom, and a queen for the pull out sleep sofa. 6 sets of towels and 2 sets of kitchen towels and dish clothes. The cost is $100 dollars for the whole package.

The Sandpiper Dunes building is a non smoking building. You are not allowed to smoke anywhere on the premises, including inside the condo, on the balcony, not in stairwells nor in the parking lot.
