Ocean view villa with amazing view.

Welcome to Cas Solo Seru,
our lovely house with beautiful views. You are within walking distance of the sea. But it is also wonderful to relax on the terrace. An occasional refreshing dip in the pool completes the enjoyment.
The house has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have airconditioning.
The rear bedroom can be reached via the first bedroom and from the outside via the terrace.
The kitchen is very complete with a dishwasher, combi microwave, Senseo machine, citrus press, American refrigerator with ice cubes, crushed ice and chilled water. Smart TV.
The studio downstairs can be reached separately and is fully equipped with its own kitchen and private sanitary facilities. The studio has airconditioning to.

Nice central location, beautiful outdoor setup!
We enjoyed our stay. We were warmly welcomed by the house managers. They gave us good information. Our highlight was the outdoor living experience. The private beach was great as well. We did some scuba dive directly from there. I recommend this house, we will return with pleasure. Regards,

Dream vacation home!
We absolutely loved our stay in Cas Abou!! The house was picture perfect, and even better than the listing photos. The view was stunning, perfect for watching sunsets over the ocean or sipping coffee in the morning. The pool was clean and refreshing after long days at the beach, and we loved grilling each night and dining al fresco. The house is situated to take full advantage of the wind to keep the house cool during the day, and we only used the AC in the bedroom at night. The small touches went a long way - storage containers and well stocked kitchen, laundry on site (worked just fine), wooden hangars (not cheap wire or plastic ones), spare pillows and linens, plenty of towels, safe in both closets, hot water, shaded parking for your car. We did not use the smaller apartment downstairs. Cas Abou beach is 5 min drive, but there are even better private, secluded beaches hidden right in the neighborhood, or on the private property just to the north (15 min total drive). And yes, you can walk to the ocean via 2 private access points from this house and jump right in. If you are looking for a quiet retreat close to stunning beaches, this location is for you. You will need a rental car for the grocery store, restaurants, etc. The property managers Karin and Jan were friendly, helpful, and very responsive. We appreciated the optional airport transfer and use of the rental car. Ignore the one mean, negative review for this listing - this place is absolutely a dream.

Weā€™ve been to the ocean view luxurious villa in Cas Abou for two weeks, 4 persons. What we liked was the absolutely stunning view from the upper balcony with the pool. The list of what we didnā€™t like is a bit longer. Thereā€™s no AC. It was awfully hot. The fan in the second sleeping room didnā€™t even work. In the first week we had no Wi-Fi. We told them several times that itā€™s not working but nothing happened. In the studio there was no wifi for the whole stay. The couch is broken and they knew about it but didnā€™t tell us, so one time I fell off. The landlords just told us that itā€™s broken & things work differently in CuraƧao. At least, someone couldā€™ve told us. Sometimes the pool didnā€™t work and was dirty, thereā€™s a hole on the bottom that is very dangerous, the light came off as well. The house was very dirty. The studio wasnā€™t vacuumed when we arrived, the lights outside are full of bird-dung, the windows were so dirty you couldnā€™t even appropriately see through, the sink in the WC, the bbq, the wardrobe and the toilet paper holder in the studio are broken. The bathrooms have mold. The washing machine and dryer donā€™t work very well. All in all: this place is a mess, if they donā€™t renovate this house, it will fall apart - and thatā€™s very sad, because it couldā€™ve been SO nice. We still made the most out of our vacation because CuraƧao is beautiful, but not this house is not. Almost no communication. We were very disappointed. And this is not our fault, neither is it CuraƧaoā€™s.

Curacao is beautiful
This home has a beautiful view (though there is current construction besides the home). The neighborhood was quiet when there wasnt construction around it, and its really close to Cas Abou one of the worlds top 10 most beautiful beaches. My biggest issue is how hot it is even in the house. The home gets a breeze through the shutters but its a warm breeze at times and the shutters are supposed to be closed at night, making it quite warm a night. The property owner and hosts were great to work with and communicated well. There is lots of fun things to do in Curacao.

We are Tom and Grytsje and since early 2022 the proud owners of Cas Solo Seru. This house was build in 2014 on a unique spot between the Kunuku and the ocean. The house is situated on Cas Abou, a quiet, gated community on the west side of the island. Here it is about nature. You are within walking distance of the beach. A wonderful place for snorkling and diving.
