The kitchen is fully equipped with Keurig duo coffee pot, crock pot, toaster, Samsung appliances, pots & pans, bakeware and table settings for 4.
This primary suite boasts a king bed with Winkbed comfy mattress known for its fluffy cushion atop supportive coils as well as large walk in closet and walk in shower. The second bedroom can be used as another separate space or has a Queen murphy bed for your guest.
We provide free wifi and the smart TVs have free access to YouTube TV which allows you to watch live TV, news, sports & more. You are also welcome to sign into your own accounts of Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, Prime, etc with your log in information.
You will love the Tucson experience with the desert landscaped backyard filled with many native cactus including saguaro, prickly pear, barrel, cholla cactus along with citrus fruit trees & more. The awe-inspiring views of the Catalina mountains from the backyard make for a fantastic place to enjoy your beverage of choice as you watch the sunset and mountains turn pink.
Within minutes of this home there are endless activities whether you enjoy the outdoors and want to walk, hike, swim or cycle, or if you prefer shopping & dining they are right around the corner.

Views, views, views! I love this home and the gorgeous views out the back windows and backyard. In addition, the home has been fully remodeled to provide the rustic modern, cozy feel. Plus location can't be beat! We are so close to town and activities, yet you have the quiet privacy of your own space!

Desert landscaping with many native cactus, fenced back yard, gorgeous mountain views. Sits on just under an acre so lots of space & privacy and at the end of the culdesac.
Within a couple miles of this home are several golf courses, access to Tucson's "The Loop" bike trail, lots of hiking trails. In addition, you can visit places like University of Arizona, Biosphere, Desert Museum, Tubac and more!
