THINGS TO KNOW
Spalling repairs are scheduled to begin on September 13, 2023, at this complex. Possible work hours are from Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. During maintenance periods, grinders, chipping hammers, ladders, scaffolding, and tarps in some areas will be present. Noise will be audible during work hours and dust will be generated, though efforts will be made to contain it. Work will be halted from October 9, 2023, until October 16, 2023, and from December 15, 2023, until April 15, 2024. The estimated completion date is unknown.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
