THINGS TO KNOW
Spalling repairs are scheduled to begin on September 13, 2023, at this complex. Possible work hours are from Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. During maintenance periods, grinders, chipping hammers, ladders, scaffolding, and tarps in some areas will be present. Noise will be audible during work hours and dust will be generated, though efforts will be made to contain it. Work will be halted from October 9, 2023, until October 16, 2023, and from December 15, 2023, until April 15, 2024. The estimated completion date is unknown.

Ok
The unit was not cleaned properly when we arrived. The property manager contacted us immediately upon our arrival and I relayed our concerns but it was 3 days before someone said that they would come and clean and my wife had cleaned everything by then. Everything in this unit is well worn and needs to be upgraded however it is functional. The grounds are beautiful and pool and bbq areas are very nice. We met lots of friendly people during our visit there and that made it more enjoyable. The place is close enough to town that you could walk if you wanted to but far enough to get out of some of the traffic.

Great whale watching
We enjoyed the accommodations and setting. The chair, though, in the living room should be replaced. It is quite “saggy” in the middle. Everything else is top notch. Great beach GEAR.

Location location location
This was the perfect place. Just far enough at the end of the main downtown like strip. Close enough to walk. Small beaches all along the street. Great view to watch the sunset from the pool area. Pictures exactly what you'll encounter. Well kept apartment. Fold out couch for extra cozy spot. Great view from Lanai. Thank you for sharing your space 😊✨
