Fantastic location
We really enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a concert at the Spectrum arena. The proximity to Charlotte was so convenient. The area of Midwood is safe and seems to be a young professionals area with many residents out strolling their dogs. We won’t hesitate to stay there again!

Pretty darn good!
I enjoyed the apartment with it’s available working amenities. The apartment did have a lingering smell of Marijuana from previous guests. The towels were clean and plentiful. I loved having the washing machine and dryer. It was very easy to use. There was urine in the toilet when I arrived. Not a huge deal, but something to avoid. One of the slides on the door curtain kept falling down. Probably an easy fix. Overall, I’d recommend this place and stay here again. It’s a very centralized location with great restaurants, bars, clubs, museums, etc. nearby.

Great stay
Everything was perfect. The only thing I would change is finding the key to check in and finding the actual apartment. It was a little confusing but overall would definitely recommend and stay again !
