Relax at Bella Paradiso! This newly remodeled and well-appointed studio is located steps from downtown, near many fine restaurants and live music spots, such as The Stone House. Parking downtown is very limited (and expensive), so, most guests simply park at the condo and walk or ride the trolley. There is a trolley stop just south of the driveway.

The studio includes a granite counter kitchenette with a coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge, and bar sink. It has a comfortable seating area if having friends join you. This condo has a built-in closet storage and the bath has updated tile around the tub/shower combination. The front entry door has a seating area with a table for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while watching the action on Main Street from the tree-top level. There is a large common area deck with umbrella-covered tables and seating along the rail to view parades. There is a gas grill on this deck as well as a gazebo with seating.

Accommodations were great, as well as location. Only problem we had was that we never received the key box code. When i called about it, i was on hold for 15 minutes and never got to talk to anyone. I also emailed and texted and finally after an hour got a response.

Great room and location
We loved the room and location and the balcony was great for sitting out at night with a sleeping baby in the room. I will say the AC doesn't do a good job of cooling off the room. It never got hot but it also never got cool. I can imagine this would be a bigger deal in the summer. Also most of the balcony was pretty clean except the very back room was covered in spider webs and very large spiders like the room hadn't been used in awhile.

very clean, effortless check-in, very close to downtown with a trolley stop by the driveway. Quiet, but with an elevated street view. Very nice deck with umbrellas and tables at the end of the balcony. Will stay there again. Great value for the price.

There was a smell when first arrived. Parking and access was horrible. Neighbors where loud. Balcony needs to be cleaned. The room itself was nice the bed not as comfortable as we like.
