About this property

Beautiful luxury Villa, 2 mins to the bay

The main house is a beautiful 2 bed Villa. When staying you don’t have to go it alone as our on-site house manager, Kim is happy to arrange tours, book restaurant reservations or cook an authentic local meal for you upon request. We take your experience personally and want it to be the most fun and memorable vacation ever. We can even stock your food pantry in advance of your stay, just send us a list! Need more space? We have two additional apartments on property available for rent that share the patio and pool if occupied. Send us a message!

Air conditioned bedrooms, screened windows, free high speed wi-fi, cable TV, secure on-site parking and location within walking distance to all bay side amenities is what makes Villa Papillon unique.

Feel at home while cooking in the fully equipped kitchen featuring coffee maker, microwave, toaster, oven, full size refrigerator, utensils and linens. Guests who prefer to do their own laundry have access to our washer and dryer facility.

Situated in the same scenic area as the Marigot Bay Resort & Spa. Walk to a secluded cove, snorkel at the beach or visit the nearby Rum Cave!

Relax at the Main villa with shared patio and pool veranda overlooking tropical gardens of lime, coconut, mango and breadfruit trees. The perfect spot to relax.

Make use of the Weber gas grill while enjoying scenic views from the upper deck gazebo and pool area.

The Marina Village, a small grocery, bank with ATM, multiple restaurants, local land and water taxi station are all within a few minutes walk from Villa Papillon.

Villa Papillon is set in a green tropical area but is one of the closest Villas to the bay being a 2 minute walk. The main villa has never been let before this year. For reviews see our apartment reviews listed separately.

We do not accept children due to the risk of falls from height on site by the infinity pool.
On booking we email a guide to the area compiled by local villa owners. Marigot Bay is a peaceful location with access to the North or South of the island.

Great stay at a great villa
The villa was very nice inside and out. The gazebo and plunge pool were great places to hang out. There are nice restaurants nearby. Kim was very kind and helpful as we arrived. She also helped us with getting tours set up later in our stay. We thank our hosts for such a nice visit.

Stunning!
Perfect place for us since we had a sailboat in the marina. The A/C in the rooms was a welcome change after being outdoors all day. The ONLY negative was the lack of water pressure in the shower. It was especially poor if someone from the other room was taking a shower at the same time. Overall, though, a great place to stay and Kim was amazing.

This was the perfect location for our getaway!! The property manager was amazing about helping us schedule activities and arranging drivers. The patio area was perfect for breakfast or dinners. Everything was perfect!!

Beautiful House In Marigot Bay
Had a great stay at the Villa with three friends. Had a nice layout and great patio area. (You do share this area occasionally with two apartments downstairs, but it was nice to meet other people and get some info and advice on excursions and experiences. ). The views of the surrounding forest was nice and some glimpses of the bay as well. Property manager Kim was friendly, attentive and very helpful. Definitely would recommend a 4WD vehicle for this entire island and driving here is not for the faint of heart.

We recently bought this property as a holiday home with rentals. We are from the UK and many years ago we had our honeymoon in St Lucia. We hope to retire to the island in a few years.
