Base Camp 105 - a SkyRun Winter Park Property

This large, 3 bedroom, corner unit on 1st-floor of Base Camp One. You can step off the patio to the lifts of Granby Ranch. This allows you and your guests to ski in and ski out of the condo in the winter. You will also have very easy bike park access in the summer. You cannot get any closer! Base Camp One is centrally located in Grand County and is an ideal launching point for all of the great recreational activities available in our area. In addition to back door access to skiing and biking, you will be located very close to Golf Granby Ranch, Pole Creek Golf Course, Winter Park Ski Area, Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Grand Lake, Lake Granby, and Arapaho National Forest. These destinations are all located within a 30-minute drive of this unit.

Parking Notes: There is a strict 1-car per condo policy. There is a parking pass for the garage located in the condo. Extra spaces are available at the Inn at Silver Creek 2 minutes from the parking garage.

Granby Ranch Resort is a great place for skiing, biking, and hiking
5 min to the Town of Granby- We recommend Pearl Dragon Restaurant and Never Summer Brewery
35 min to Rocky Mountain National Park (a must see!)
30 min to Grand Lake
25 min to Winter Park Resort

What to be aware of:

- Located in Granby, halfway between Winter Park and Grand Lake
- Must be 25 years of age to rent this property
- No A/C due to cool Mountain Climate. 
- In the event that a private hot tub in a rental property becomes inoperable during your stay, SkyRun Winter Park will make all attempts to correct the problem as soon as possible and refund a maximum of $25 per day.  This does not apply to on-site recreational facilities where the guest has access to.

Awesome place!
We had an amazing stay at this condo! It was so convenient to get to and from the lifts each day. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed, plus some! I highly recommend this place

Amazing ski in / ski out access
This is our fifth year staying at Base Camp one, we have had an excellent experience every year. This is a perfect location for a family with kids with easy access to the slopes and everything you need for a week of skiing. This ground level unit is extremely convenient to quickly get to your room just steps from the slopes.
