Relax on the deck with your morning coffee, take a dip in the lake after a summer hike, go skiing or snowshoeing in the winter. Wind down after your adventures with a big dinner in the kitchen, and cap it off with a relaxing fire in front of the stove or down by the fire pit.

To winter guests:
Fyrreskov Cabin is a sanctuary in any weather and our guests love the secluded location, but in order to ensure we meet your highest expectations we ask to have a conversation with our guests within 48 hours of booking or prior to booking if desired.

This area sees an incredible amount of snowfall during the winter months. Fyrreskov Cabin is accessible year round but sits 2 miles back on privately maintained road. Once there is snow on the ground 4WD or AWD is necessary, potentially as early as October or as late as April, and the drive in can be narrow and steep at times.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire cabin, not including the basement. We have a 17 foot aluminum canoe that guests can use on Lake Clara for no extra charge.

Please note, there is a security camera by the front door of the cabin to monitor the driveway and front door access as needed.

In order to comply with state lodging laws, guests will be asked to provide the name and address of all guests as well as the vehicle make/license plate number in case of emergency after booking.
