Some of our favorite features are the high ceilings, incredible kitchen and large dining area. Although, the incredible view is likely the first thing you'll notice! This is a desireable west end corner unit floor plan with the full wrap around balcony. The floor to ceiling patio doors bring the living area outside. You'll step from the living room (or master bedroom) onto one of the largest and most private balconies found anywhere! The view goes for miles over the white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Sunsets from here are stunning!
You'll sleep well in any room. Master bedroom features king bed, private bath, large closets, and patio access. Second bedroom has 2 full beds and plenty of room for the kids to play. Every room complete with a flat screen TV & a DVD player.

No noisy hallways or long waits for elevators. This small condo complex is the best! Newly redone sundeck, fabulous swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, elevated lighted tennis courts, raquet ball, shuffleboard and more. Small building – with only 10 units per floor and 4 elevators. If we hadn't mentioned it -no noisy catwalks and no long waits for elevators.

No detail has been over looked. This condominium complex offers unusual privacy and features lush tropical landscapes as well. The pool deck has sun all day long and offers gorgeous sunsets!

This condo is within a 5 minute drive from food stores, shopping, restaurants and pubs.
There’s plenty to do: Rent a pontoon boat by the half day or full day at the marina which is 5 minutes from the condo. Pack a lunch and explore Shell Island and collect some of the Worlds Best Sea Shells. Within a 20 minute drive you can be at Pier Park (170 acres of shopping and restaurants). Panama City is an old fishing Village that is a must see. Just back over the bridge you go and you will end up down town. Take a half day trip and have lunch there, exploring the local color along the way.

Para Sailing is available right down on the beach in front of the condo, including jet ski rentals and banana boat rides as well. The State Park is within a couple of minutes drive from the condo. Enjoy biking or walking up and down the famous Thomas Drive (known in several country songs and even some movies too). There are bikes that can be rented by the week or day along Thomas Drive. And dont forget Outlaws Golf Cart Rentals. They even deliver to your condo.
