Perfect for a wedding venue - rent these four homes all together! Two beachfront, Once Upon a Time and Happily Ever After, and two second row, Paseo de la Playa and Peace Love and Sandy Feet- situated in the Stingaree subdivision. Together the homes will sleep 48 people comfortably with 12 bedrooms, and 8 bathrooms. Each separate homes has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each home has the following bedding arrangement: Master - King bed. Bedroom 2: 2 doubles. Bedroom 3: 2 Doubles. Additional Sleeping: Queen sleeper sofa. Linens are a mandatory charge when renting this wedding venue and will be delivered to the home on the day of arrival.

Perfect stay for our wedding
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a beach wedding and this was a perfect location for friends and family to all stay near one another, since we rented all 4 houses.The A/C worked great!The beach view was great from all of the houses!Easy access to the beach!Reasonably priced!Great customer service by Swedes!The only suggestion I would have for the owner would be to upgrade all of the full size mattresses. I was told they were not comfortable. They appeared to be cheap, worn out kids mattresses. Also, the comforters are not washed for new guests. I would definitely bring my own blanket next time.But overall, I would give this place 5 stars and can't wait to stay here again!!
