Hello! I work in the Health Insurance space. We have 2 Frenchies (who are amazing by the way) and we've worked hard to provide this beautiful home for all to enjoy! We hope you find pleasure in this home and take advantage of all the great amenities it has to offer.
Why they chose this property
his 1500 sq. ft of living space has been renovated (freshly painted, new drywall and hardwood). This home has been beautifully decorated with modern finishes. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig machine, toaster, coffee maker, and utensils for cooking.
Living Room
The living room has been renovated with new hardwood/furniture and custom painted with artistic designs all throughout the space. Equipped with a 50 inch flat screen TV, full size sectional couch, board games and a modern ceiling fan.
Washer/Dryer
Brand new Samsung washer and dryer. Feel free to wash your clothes during your stay.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a bunk bed- full size on the bottom and twin size on top with a desk/chair/lamp. And the fourth bedroom (a converted extra space) has 2 separate twin beds with 8 inch gel memory foam.
Internet
The whole house is equipped with Fiber high speed internet (which is up to 6x faster downloads than cable internet AND up to 77x faster uploads than cable internet). This means you can get your work done with the assurance of a reliable and high speed internet. You can stream services, games and songs in mere seconds!
Outside (Hot tub Spa)
Fenced backyard with a newly installed Hot Tub spa; the spa features a powerful 1.0 HP pump,and adjustable jets for maximum relaxation. *Security cameras outside facing the entrance and backdoor*

The house is equipped with a key less entry and your own personal code, so no need to worry about keys. You will have access to the entire house. You have access to all of the yard space and the hot tub (year round). Ample parking is available (driveway fits 4 cars!), you can also park in front of the property.
