Close to all stores, food and beach. Property very clean, only one small thing was, it was a little loud with outside noise.

Great Location and Bonus Parking Space!
We loved the location and the flat. Having a designated parking space was amazing. Lots of good food w/in walking distance. It was also nice to have chairs/boards for the beach! The only reason why we are not leaving a 5 star review is because of the bathroom. We were given two sets of towels for two people for a week. This is not enough. The bathtub/shower has great water pressure but because of it the curtain is constantly touching you while bathing. The drain was also clogged so we had to remove it so the tub wasn't filling up while showering and it was full of hair which is gross. Otherwise the place is amazing. There could be some areas of improvement on checkin and checkout process re: the FOB for the garage and elevator but it all worked out in the end.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was tastefully decorated and the designated parking spot that comes with the rental is a huge plus. The location is very convenient with restaurants, shops and the beach in walking distance. Noise from the tiki bar downstairs (very loud) and a fair amount of street noise (e.g. people screaming, cars/bikes racing, sirens from police chasing them) every night was bothersome. Additional noise reduction (e.g. better sliding doors) would be helpful but it's an older building and in dead center of Waikiki so a bit unavoidable.
