Quiet area with friendly neighbors. You can walk over to Buffalo Bayou Park and various restaurants within 15 minutes or less.
What makes this property unique
You'll fall in love with the views from the backyard and proximity to restaurants and bars! There's a lot of good food within a 5 mile radius.
