About this property

Friendly Alley Bungalow~Private Oasis Close to UO

*Please scroll to bottom for information regarding our stringent Covid-19 safety practices.

I love creating beautiful, feel-good spaces for people & I have done that for you in this updated 1940’s bungalow with AC & expansive yard, all of which you will have entirely to yourself.

At 480 sq. ft., this bungalow is centrally located in the very popular Friendly Neighborhood in SW Eugene very close to the University of Oregon & is ideal for 2 (tight fit, 3) people seeking an easeful, cozy & clean space to relax & enjoy in.

The bungalow is 4 blocks away from a popular food cart pavilion with beer garden & live music, natural food market & coffee shop, a spa & massage center, chiropractor, natural pet store & many parks. It is close to University of Oregon (8-10 mins), Hayward Fields (8-10 mins), Autzen Stadium (10-15 mins), downtown (7 mins), fairgrounds, events center, stunning hikes & rivers, public pool & a variety of restaurants & stores to meet all needs. It is also close to a beautiful country drive to many Willamette Valley wineries. If you feel like cozying at home, you’ll enjoy the high speed internet & Smart TV where you can sign in to all your own favorite streaming networks, use the bungalow’s Roku & Peacock accounts & watch basic cable too.

Begin your stay with a cup of the starter supply of coffee which I provide for your first morning. Living room is ready for you to relax & get cozy with plenty of blankets, pillows, books & a comfy couch & armchair to sink into with a cup of a variety of teas which I also provide. Or self-care with weights & yoga mats provided. Kitchen well stocked including a popcorn maker & kernels! Bedroom with a queen pillow top mattress, thick down comforter, plush king size Allerease allergy protection pillows & golden light streaming in through the large window in the afternoon.

Raised in Hawaii & Oregon, I’ve done my best to create an oasis for you in the huge, fully fenced private backyard where you can bask in the sun, rest under the shade of an ancient Ash tree, or eat dinner to the light of sunset & patio lights.

The yard has lots of space for dogs! One medium doggie or two small doggies are allowed. Please see below in “Other details to note” for requirements & let me know if you will be bringing your dog - I charge a $30 one-time fee per dog & will have a basket of essentials & goodies waiting for them.

Because the home is not fully child-proofed, it is suitable for children 8 and older, however, I am open to discussing the possibility of younger children staying too.

I am more than happy to answer questions & provide suggestions. As a world traveler, it is important to me that you feel at home, even when away from yours. Just let me know what you need.

We will check with you as to when would be convenient for you so we don’t interrupt. *Please note that during rainy months, yard may be muddy. Towels are provided for muddy paws!

Please let me know immediately if you have any safety concerns so I can address them - it is important to me that you and yours stay safe and happy as I assume no responsibility for any illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the property.

As mentioned, it important to me that all guests (pets and human!) stay safe, so please ensure that nobody nibbles on the plants.

Mostly great
House was very clean cute and small. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me so I would probably stay there again. But I was just disappointed that the yard wasn’t mowed as we have two very small dogs. The bed was very comfortable, although squeaky when you get up or down at night. I marked down on the accuracy of the listing just because the backyard was certainly no oasis as described.

Perfect little base to explore local area
We had a great stay at Jazmin’s cosy place! Check in was easy and kudos to Jazmin for the clear instructions and communication, even as we booked only a few days before the stay. We had to take some work video calls and the wifi was fast and stable easily supporting the two of us. The kitchen was well equipped, and the yard was very spacious so the dog could run around! Highly recommend Jazmin’s bungalow !
