Newly renovated single family home located on quiet, tree-lined street in the heart of Naples. New in-ground pool with sun shelf and water features. Photos to be updated soon. Large, private yard fenced in. Luxuriously renovated home offers the comfort and serenity you seek for your Naples beach escape. Gorgeous kitchen with quartz countertops and Bosche appliances. All new furnishings, bathrooms, flooring - everything just sparkles! You can't beat this location - walk to Venetian Village shops or the beach. A quick Uber ride to 5th Ave or Mercato. You won't want to leave.

Owners are in the real estate business, so this newer property is often booked offline. You won't see many reviews on this website from VRBO guests thus far.

This property does have a pool so renters with small children should be aware.

Great spot in Naples.
This a beautiful hidden house in Naples, with a great location. Very clean and peaceful. And easy to get ahold house managers. Would definitely stay again.
