Bright 1 Bedroom Penthouse in the Heart of Seattle

Our spacious 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, the Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.

Our home has modern furnishings, a smart television in the living room equipped with a roku and DVD player and 1.5 bathrooms. In this space, you will have 1 brand new queen sized bed in the loft bedroom and a premium memory foam sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful city view and partial water view. Our home also includes wireless internet and a large electric air conditioning unit.

We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that is 2 stories and has a reserved parking spot in our secure garage!

The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation.

Great location in belltown area. The place was super cute and clean with all the amenities we wanted. Check in and check out process were very smooth. Would definitely stay again!

Very communicative managers and very clean condo with lots of light. Just as advertised. Location was central with tons to walk to, and Macrina bakery on ground floor of building. On-site secure parking spot was a big plus as well. Would stay again for sure- !

Very nice oasis in the Seattle bustle.
Host went above and beyond to communicate and coordinate with us and was very accommodating. It was our first time in Seattle. This was the perfect spot for first timers. Walking /scootering distance to everything you need and secure parking and in/out access is a huge plus. There are some intricacies to pay attention to with the in and out procedures, but it makes the place feel like a home and helps to keep it nice and safe. We would love to return. Thanks for the great stay!

Location, Condo and Host!
Everything was great! The location, the condo and the host. There was a bakery on the same block, a pizza pub on the same block and a convenient grocery story on the same block! I'd stay here again for sure.
