The cottage is a house on a .5 acre property where the main house is located in the back. 800 sqft Cozy Cottage between Wekiva Springs & historic downtown Mount Dora.
Only 5 miles to downtown Mount Dora. Just 35 min to downtown Orlando. 45 min to MCO. Very convenient rural area away from the city, but yet close. Fenced in property has off street parking ( 1 car space) with automatic gate. Washer/dryer on premise. Newly publix supermarket 5 minutes away.
Non smoking property.
No pets allowed.

This house is absolutely perfect: two bedrooms and two baths!! Great open living and kitchen area. Room for parking. Safety measures in place. The one little issue was that we had trouble retrieving key and that was more on us as we were unsure of how to open the lock; but Abner quickly responded; was even willing to come over to help, but we were able to open it. Overall, great place and appreciated the prompt communication with Abner!!

Mt. Dora Trip
Our trip was to visit Mt. Dora and surrounding areas. So the location of the cottage (approx. 4 miles from downtown Mt. Dora) was perfect for us. The cottage was easy to access, very clean and bright and well stocked. Their linens and towels were very soft. If ever in the area again, we would look to book this again.
