Absolutely charming! Looking forward to going back!
This wonderful little cabin was so cozy and comfortable! Perfect for two people. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was there. The bed was really comfortable and we both slept incredibly well for being in a unaccustomed place. It's very quiet and private and the view of the mountains is fabulous. We were there to ride the ATV trails and there is direct access right from the cabin. Couldn't ask for any more!
Outstanding experience! Spent 2 nights at this beautiful little taste of heaven. Spent the days fishing and hiking. Enjoyed the best of what the NH north country has to offer. Nights were spent sitting around the campfire. Super clean cabin, host was more than helpful. Communication was superb. Definitely recommend this host and this cabin! I will be back!
We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It was really everything we were looking for. Cozy but comfortable, with every amenity we could need, inside and out. Had some trouble with the internet but host was very responsive and was looking to disconnect anyway so win:win. Would highly recommend and look forward to visiting again.
Our stay was nothing but great I can not say enough about it. Except our stay was to short I could have stayed a lot longer if I could have. Secluded little cabin with all the amenities you need to escape everyday life. Would definitely recommend you will not be disappointed Thank you Paul and Ruth we will definitely be visiting again
Paul's cabin was exactly as shown on VRBO. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a couple day getaway to witness the solar eclipse. The bed was very comfortable! Quiet spot with an amazing view of the mountains.
This is an incredible place to stay. The cabin was clean, cozy, inviting, and peaceful. Playing board games at the table with mountain views was very serene. The cabin was so pleasant to be in, we didn’t want to leave! This location truly is a gem, there is no doubt that we will be repeat visitors. Paul and Ruth, you have a splendid location, thank you both for an unforgettable stay.
Close enough to amenities and far enough for peace and tranquility.
The cabin felt like a big cosey hug as we stepped inside. Every morning, we watch a dance between the sun and clouds create amazing views of Dixwell Notch.
Snowmobile trails were a hop and a skip away making our time here that more enjoyable.
And let’s not forget the hosts! Very attentive, answering any questions we had as well as checked in on us to make sure we wanted for nothing.
Communication was outstanding, made sure i found the place and got there safely. It was clean and absolutely stunning! It was peaceful and relaxing. I enjoyed my morning tea watching a beautiful sunrise. The only traffic i heard was the various birds flying around. I could look at tha view all day! The cabin was very comfortable. I can't remember the last time I slept that well. I highly recommend this cabin!!!
The view from the property of the autumn hills was absolutely gorgeous. Seasonal decorations inside were a nice touch. The cabin is small, and at navigating around the bed was at times a challenge (although it was very comfortable to sleep in). Everything else was surprisingly spacious. All in all, an enjoyable stay.
Very cozy cabin just right for two. Very clean comfortable.Views are amazing .First time we ever had host text us to see everything was good . So appreciated. We will diffidently rent again.Peace and relaxation what more can you ask for.
We loved our stay at the cozy cabin with beautiful views of Dixville Notch. Our hosts checked in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The cabin was spotless and designed and decorated beautifully. A great vacation spot.
The cabin was perfect and the ideal place for anyone looking to relax. It was super clean, tidy and made for people to stay. We actually were comfortable enough to be able to unpack and not live out of a suitcase. Which made a world of difference. The bed was soft and welcoming after a day of riding along with the fire pit and view. Paul, our host was always available if we needed anything. Cant wait to return.
Paul and Ruth have built a beautiful little house that was perfect for our long weekend getaway. We had direct access to trails for our ATV and beautiful views with peace and quiet at the end of the night. They literally thought of everything and were very attentive. We will be back!
We had a lovely time staying at this immaculately clean cabin. This place is perfect for people who love the outdoors, but also nice hotel rooms. The place was clean, well stocked, and the mattress was super comfortable. We will definitely be back!
We loved our stay at this beautiful tiny cabin. Everything was perfect and the home felt huge in the inside! Paul was an amazing host as well. We will definitely be coming back!
What can we say about this masterclass in hospitality? This was our first trip to New Hampshire, and prior to our arrival, Paul and Ruth reached out to answer any questions. They provided excellent directions and recommendations for local hotspots and businesses. During the stay they were very communicative and ensured that we had everything we needed.
The cabin is a private, thoughtfully designed space with all the amenities you could want. This was perfect for the two of us during our week long trip. Waking up to the beautiful vista and fresh forest air was a wonderful way to start our day. We were impressed by the cleanliness and the tasteful décor of the cabin. The kitchen provided enough space to prepare and enjoy a romantic meal when we didn't feel like venturing into town. The shower provided ample hot water and pressure and was a welcome amenity after a long day of activity.
The town of Colebook is a short 15 minute drive if you need groceries or want to step out for a nice meal. There are several national park trails and wildlife areas for exploring within a short driving distance of the cabin. If you are looking for a trip to Canada, the border crossing is only about 25 minutes away. It is a lovely drive through farmland to reach Coaticook, QC, where you can get some delicious ice cream.
We had such a lovely time and would highly recommend this cabin to anyone seeking a quiet and peaceful vacation!
We had a wonderful stay. I cannot say enough about this rental. It is the perfect cozy getaway for a couple. The cabin had everything you could possibly need for your stay from pots and pans to toiletries. The owner was great with communication both before check-in and during our stay. Location and trail access was perfect. We had a great weekend of sledding. I can't wait for our next stay.
