Charming residential retreat
Very lovely, clean and spacious home. The owner was always very responsive to my questions. I would suggest upgrading the mattresses, they were too soft.

Not for family stays.
I would not recommend this location for families. I rented the house for my parents, sister, and myself. The beds were very uncomfortable, especially in the Primary bedroom. My parents are not young and could barely get out of bed. The house was not well equipped either. There were only two bowls, an odd amount of forks/spoons/knives, insufficient towels, and no loofah/cloths. The yard was not well-maintained, things just looked messy. The most frustrating part was the pool table. It was so unlevel we couldn't play on it. The last thing I will harp on is the outside trash cans were full. We had to stack the trash in the garage until we left and then pile it up near the full bins. All that being said... The location was good! We were thirty minutes from anything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. No issue with the neighbors. The house was decorated nicely. The host was very nice and responsive! All of the issues could be solved and this place would be amazing. I would recommend this place, as is, for someone having a bachelor party or bachelorette party.
