Welcome to our home! Ten minute driving distance from the airport, docks, great restaurants and bars, and other attractions like the John and Marble Ringling Museum of Art and University and Conservatory Park.
Local favorites include Linger Lodge Restaurant and Bar, Fiona's, and Remy's on Main.
About 20 minutes from Bean Point Beach to add to the amazing attractions near this home.
The space
With three spacious bedrooms and three beds, this gorgeous home can comfortably accommodate larger groups. All living spaces are light-filled and above ground. There are two full bathrooms in the home, which will make a comfortable stay for all guests.

The elegant living room has a large Smart TV, with access to Youtube TV/Netflix/Amazon/Hulu for you to enjoy during your stay!
The kitchen has enough seating for four people and all cooking necessities, including coffee maker, microwave, oven and all utensils re provided.
The dining room is designed for entertaining.

-A washer and dryer are available for use at any time.
-Use the Nest to control the heat and central air conditioning (please make sure not to adjust below 67*).
-Work remotely with high speed 5G internet throughout the home.

Guest access
-We offer contactless check-in with a door code that will be provided 24 hours prior to your stay.
-If you have any problems with the smart lock, there is also a lockbox with a key, please message if you need a code for that.
Other things to note
A great place to gather with friends, connect with colleagues, or meet with loved ones. This is NOT a “party house” and any signs of unauthorized use in this regard will result in reporting to local authorities and eviction.
We do not allow more than eight guests on the property at any time unless pre-approved for a special event.
