23 Beach Villas is one of only 30 Villas in a complex situated on 6 acres of oceanfront property. Expansive 2 acre oceanfront courtyard and pool for guests only. Villa is directly on pool with access from first floor of villa. 23 Beach Villas is 1850 sq ft of oceanview, poolside, on the courtyard getaway. This very large Villa feels more like a house than a villa. In addition to 3 bedrooms (two master bedrooms with king size beds)and 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen and dining area, you have 2 separate living areas (1 downstairs den outside bedroom with queen bed and 2 twin beds and another family den off of the kitchen and dining area). Both living areas as well as kitchen, dining area, patio and balcony have excellent views.

**Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and a 3 night minimum in the off season months**

The condo was very clean but we had a few issues.. baby pool not functioning and dirt/ mold in one of the bathrooms. Went to office since it was across the street and spoke with staff. All issues were handled very quickly and staff was helpful and friendly. Pool was actually been repaired at that time

The microwave broke while we were there and they brought one the same day. The only down side was the beds. They were so hard and uncomfortable my back was killing me all week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at the Hilton Head Villas complex for more than 25 years and have stayed in a number of the units. Would describe this unit as “average”. It was clean but could use some updating. No ice maker in the fridge. Management did respond quickly to one issue in the bathroom.
