Guests are welcomed in the open-plan modern kitchen before dinner, where the wooden table and four neutral-colored seats await. On the opposite side of the room is a contemporary sitting area furnished with a beige rug, a light gray sofa, and wooden details on the furnishings. Athens visit before our cruise....
The apartment was very clean and updated. Everything we needed and then some was in the apartment. Communication was excellent and quick with the management team. The apartment is in a great location within walking distance of great sites and restaurants. I would recommend this apartment if you are looking to visit the Athens sites!

The listing and pictures are indeed that perfect! Do not hesitate to book if it is available! I found 2 things that you could explain on the walk through when we are shown where everything is kept. 1. The silverware is in a drawer that is hard to see/find and 2. We didn’t know there was a button by outside staircase that turned lights on for easier descent for a few days. Perhaps that is an American thing for not nothing. But as I said the apartment is lovely.

Spectacular location near Acropolis and Plaka! There were 6 of us and there was plenty of room for all! A great place and the owners were responsive, friendly and helpful! All furnishings were in great condition as well! Would totally book again!

Apartment was just as advertised. Very nice and clean-and close to everything we needed. Owners were awesome to communicate with and got back to us very quickly.

Why they chose this property

As you prepare to turn in at night, choose between three minimal, modern, and remarkably spacious double bedrooms. All three bathrooms of the residence have freestanding rainfall showers, grey-tiled walls, and marble touches. The master bathroom has a spacious ensuite bathroom. The apartment can sleep up to 8 people as the living room sofa opens and conveniently turns into a comfortable double bed.

Step out onto the balcony to witness the highlight of the house: a fantastic 360-view balcony surrounding the apartment and offering enchanting views of Athens.

What makes this property unique

On a sunny day, it’s certainly worth taking a stroll around the city center to Syntagma Square. With plenty of bars, markets, the hip culture around, and the Acropolis just overhead, this is a smart base for exploring both ancient and modern Athens. The National Theater of Greece and the Ancient Agora of Athens are less than 1km away from the property. Along the way, you’ll also find shops on the high street, and designer boutiques, perfect for some Athenian shopping!
