You'll also be within a three-mile drive of Salt River Fields at Talking Stick (the home of the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies), Talking Stick Casino, the Cholla Trailhead at Camelback Mountain, and a number of renowned golf courses and spas.

No matter how you choose to spend your time, you'll delight in coming home to a serene and beautiful backyard. Enjoy a fenced swimming pool, mature landscaping (including a grassy lawn for your kids), and a shaded patio where you can barbecue, dine alfresco, and tell stories by the gas firepit each evening.

The main living space is polished and bright, with a large living room flowing into a well-equipped dining room and kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including an in-island gas range). After dinner each evening, stream movies on the 70-inch 4K TV, play board games around the dining room table, or escape to the workspace in one of the bedrooms to catch up on email. Additional features of the house include central air, a washer/dryer, a Pack 'N Play, and a high chair.

The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city's occupancy requirements.
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
