Our house sleeps 10 with a king bed on the first floor, a queen bed in the second floor, two twin over twin bunk beds in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the detached air conditioned game room garage.

The Bear Necessities house offers the perfect escape for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and three cozy bedrooms. The large deck and rocking chairs are perfect for taking in the stunning mountain views. The garage has been converted into a playroom with board games, arcade games, a foosball table, poker table, TV, and sleeper sofa.

The driveway up to our house is paved. Our house has a circular driveway providing easy in-and-out access. The second half of the circular driveway is gravel. We have a covered car port and the driveway for parking.

Perfect Family Adventure

Wonderful stay
Our stay at the property was excellent. Nivea the property manager was great at communicating during the check in process. The house was spotless. We enjoyed our stay very much and would book again when we stay in that area again.

Comfortable home, convenient to town with beautiful views
My husband and I were looking for a home that was close to the Polar Express. We’re so glad we chose The Bear Necessities. The beds were comfy, the house was clean and well equipped. Our grandchildren loved the bunk room and we all enjoyed the game room. The yard gave us some privacy and we were close to town. Would definitely stay again :)

Wonderful stay
Our family was in town for the Polar Express which is about a 15 minute drive. Very secluded home in gated community- loved location and the beautiful landscape. Very clean and loved that it was decorated for Christmas! We had a wonderful time!
