Garage is stocked with many amenities including bikes, golf clubs, beach toys, chairs and umbrellas, ice chests, extra fridge, and a propane BBQ.

No smoking on the property. Home is equipped with interior ceiling sprinklers activated by smoke. No parties or large, loud events at the property.

Lovely Gem Close to SLO
We stayed for a long weekend while attending a local conference. There were 7 women and it was perfectly sized for us! The house seems brand new and is immaculate. Everyone enjoyed the comfy beds and the decor was very tasteful. Brian was great to work with, very warm and welcoming!

Spacious home located in a great location
The home is very spacious and exceptionally clean. It has everything you need. The location is also great. Only 10 mins to Pismo beach and less than 5 mins to the sand dunes.

Celebrating graduation weekend
We had a great time staying at Brian’s house for our daughters celebratory graduation weekend. There was plenty of room, lovely amenities and the location to shops and restaurants was ideal. Our family had a great time and it was the perfect setting to share the celebration!
