Partake in some fishing from the sound or go for a short drive to Beaufort Inlet, a channel to the open ocean and near offshore fishing. After acquiring the catch of the day, grab your racquet and play a game on the community tennis courts or take a dip in any of the six community swimming pools (one of which is located right by the condo). You'll also enjoy being less than a mile from beach access and under 10 miles from the hiking and biking trails of Fort Macon State Park.

Sip a refreshing beverage while you look out over the marina from the comfort of your balcony. When you're ready to head inside, grab a seat in the living area and tune into your favorite shows on the TV. Channel your inner chef in the well-equipped kitchen, then dine together at the adjacent table. A washer/dryer offers added convenience during your stay while central AC offers maximum comfort. The commute from your bed to your boat is only a few hundred feet, making fishing more accessible than ever! The Marina amenities and beautiful Beacons Reach Community make this a boater's paradise!

To reserve a spot in the Marina, please follow the instructions sent in your confirmation email. There is a $25/day charge to rent at the Marina. Trailers are not allowed to be parked at the property.
This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
