Hi, I'm Jeff.. I'm originally from Alabama, but moved down here to the Destin/Miramar Beach/Santa Rosa Beach area about 6-7 years ago. I live over in Miramar Beach now, so I'm just 15 minutes down the road from this property. So, I'm usually very accessible for our guests in the event of an emergency.
Why they chose this property
This property is awesome! Right on the canal, looking out into Destin Harbor. Can drive a boat (18ft or less) right up to the property and tie off on the dock while you're here. It has 2 decks and a balcony. The bottom floor deck is obviously the one that is water accessible, the main deck is on the 2nd floor, and there is a balcony on the 3rd floor that is accessible through the bunk room! All of those look out into the Harbor.
The water taxi can pick you up off of the bottom deck and take you wherever you want to go in the area - the Harborwalk, Norriego Point, Crab Island, etc. Or.. you can rent a boat thats 18ft or less in length and pull it up and drive yourself wherever you want to go!

What makes this property unique
New furnishings, 2 decks & 1 balcony, direct water access to the Harbor, very convenient to 2 different beach accesses both by land and by boat, 5 minute boat ride/water taxi to Crab Island.
