The flat is newly renovated and suitable for 4 persons. It is located on the 1st floor of a 2-family house. The landlord lives directly in the house and is always available for questions.

The flat is located in the valley on the Spree. Although only a 2-3 minute walk from the centre, it is in a very quiet location. Shopping facilities, public transport, cinema, hospital, restaurants and the Spreebad are within walking distance.
